DISPATCH TIME

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. If you make an order on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on Monday. We will keep you informed once the tracking numbers are allocated.

In case we require more information regarding your order, payment, or any stock issue, we will contact you.


DELIVERY TIME

We ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.

Due to the high demand for our handpicked watches, the estimated time of delivery is 5-15 business days for most destinations at the moment. But 90% of orders will be shipped before the estimated time.

Free priority shipping (2-7 business days) will be applied to most of the products that we sell in our store and will be shipped from our local warehouse with first-class tracking. Please refer to the product description for more details. *terms apply, subject to stock levels, hurry! you don't have a lot of time*

All the orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can keep track of your order. You will be notified with tracking details when they are allocated. Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking system to be updated.

If your order consists of different products, they may be shipped separately and you will also receive separate tracking numbers.

Please do not panic and be patient with your order if you did not receive it immediately or within the estimated time. Sometimes it can take longer than usual due to busy promotional times and handling.

If you do not receive your order within 8 weeks, we will refund your money or send a replacement within 24 hours.

CUSTOM DUTIES

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
